Sellpass makes it very easy to link your Tawk live chat widget and start responding to customer questions in minutes. Here's how.
Navigate to your branding tab under shop settings.
βScroll down to the "Business and Analytics" section to enter your Tawk embed code.
βYou can find your Tawk embed code by tapping on the "Settings" gear icon, then selecting "Chat Widget" under "Channels". Copy the ID after "https://tawk.to/chat/" and paste it into the Sellpass section. Do not include the "https://tawk.to/chat/".
βSave the settings by clicking "Save" in the Sellpass section.
That's it! Tawk has been linked to your store and you can now respond to customer questions and concerns right from your storefront.
