How to Create a Product on Sellpass?

Whether you’re looking to add new items to your digital store or replenish existing stock, Sellpass offers a streamlined process to manage your products effectively. Here’s how you can create or update a product on Sellpass.

Step 1: Payment Gateway Configuration

Before listing your product, make sure to configure your payment gateways in the Sellpass payment settings. Sellpass offers several options like Coinbase Commerce, Stripe, Paypal and much more to fit your needs. A well-set payment system ensures smooth transactions for your clientele.

Step 2: Accessing the Products Section

Start by heading to the "Products" section on your Sellpass dashboard, which can be directly accessed at All Products.

  • If you're looking to introduce a new product to your lineup, click on the "+Create product" button.

  • Alternatively, if you wish to update a product you've already crafted, simply locate it from the list below and select it to enter the editing mode.

Step 3: Configuring Delivery Options

We'll show you an example using Serials. In the product configuration menu, you’ll find several tabs. Click on the "Delivery" tab to specify how your product will be delivered. For digital items like keys or accounts, you'll want to select "Serials" as the delivery method.

  • Choose "Service" for businesses offering access to files, courses, or items each customer receives.

  • Opt for "Dynamic Delivery" if you're a developer using our platform to manage payments and deliver products externally.

Step 4: Entering Product Keys or Accounts

Within the "Serials" section, you can enter the keys or accounts associated with your product. Ensure you input each entry on a new line, like this:

Step 5: Setting the Stock Delimiter

You have the option to separate your stock items by a new line or a comma.

  • New Line: By default, each stock item should be on a new line.

  • Comma: If you prefer, you can separate items with a comma, like so: "AAPL, MSFT, GOOGL".

Step 6: Saving Your Product

Once you’ve entered all necessary information, don’t forget to save your product by pressing "+Create product" or "Edit product" button, depending on whether you are creating or editing product. This will update your store with the new or replenished items, ready for customers to purchase.
